About the Opportunity:

A premier West Coast regional bank is seeking an accomplished VP / Operations Manager - Loan Servicing & Portfolios to provide operational leadership across multiple portfolio lines. Anchored in mortgage servicing this position also directs servicing operations for SBA loans HELOCs C&I and commercial real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cross-functional teams handling both monetary and non-monetary servicing processes throughout the entire post-closing loan lifecycle.

• Oversee specialized servicing and portfolio reporting for residential mortgages SBA programs (7(a)/504) consumer lines and commercial facilities.

• Champion internal risk governance by designing executing and maintaining RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) frameworks and operating policies.

• Partner closely with internal audit legal and compliance teams to remediate exceptions and uphold service quality.

• Drive departmental efficiency gains tech implementation and automation to streamline servicing pipelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or related discipline.

• 10 years of comprehensive mortgage loan servicing experience including hands-on exposure to SBA reporting and servicing standards.

• 5 years managing multi-functional operations or servicing teams.

• Solid foundation in commercial lending principles and risk management control frameworks (RCSA).

• Demonstrated success managing complex system workflows and productivity improvements.

• U.S. work authorization required.
