Location: Austin TX & Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

Looking for an onsite Voice Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH or Kamailio for managing and enhancing enterprise voice/VoIP platforms.
Must have solid expertise in SIP RTP call routing dial plans troubleshooting call quality/signaling issues and production support in high-availability environments.
Strong programming skills in C with experience in debugging performance optimization and integrating telecom/voice applications with backend systems.
Experience in Linux shell scripting monitoring tools and working directly with customer teams in onsite delivery roles is preferred.
