Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote U.S.

We are seeking experienced U.S.-licensed Litigation Attorneys for a part-time opportunity supporting the development and evaluation of advanced legal AI systems. You will apply your expertise in litigation strategy legal research writing issue spotting and civil procedure to realistic legal workflows and AI evaluations.

• Perform litigation-focused tasks including legal research issue spotting analysis and argument development.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy reasoning and legal judgment.
• Develop evaluation criteria and feedback to improve AI performance.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to improve legal AI workflows and guidelines.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school; J.D. only.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Current practice experience in litigation; experience in corporate real estate bankruptcy or compliance is also valued.
• Strong legal writing research analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear actionable feedback.

• Federal or state judicial clerkship.
• Law school teaching or lecturing experience.
• Law review or law journal experience.
• Experience with AI legal technology or legal training projects.

• Work at the intersection of law and AI.
• Help shape the next generation of legal AI systems.
