Job Summary
Were seeking reliable personable individuals to support clients throughout the planning and service process.
As part of our remote customer experience team youll help keep communication clear details organized and client requests moving forward efficiently. This may include assisting with schedules confirmations reservations destination information and other planning-related needs.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping people solving routine problems and creating a positive experience through strong communication and follow-through.
No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
In this role you may be responsible for:
Responding to client questions and providing timely updates
Gathering preferences dates and important request details
Assisting with reservations confirmations and scheduling
Organizing client information and keeping records current
Helping clients understand next steps throughout the planning process
Following up on pending requests or changes
Researching information when additional options are needed
Communicating with service providers and partners when necessary
Reviewing details for accuracy
Supporting clients before upcoming plans
Helping resolve routine concerns professionally
Maintaining a high level of customer care from start to finish

Experience in customer service hospitality administration scheduling reservations or client support is helpful but not required.
