Virtual Call Agent

Were looking for a friendly detail-oriented Virtual Call Agent to join our printing companys customer service this role youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking print quotes order updates and support helping ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.

• Answer inbound calls emails and live chats regarding print orders pricing and turnaround times
• Provide accurate quotes for print jobs (business cards banners brochures signage packaging etc.) based on specs like size material quantity and finish
• Enter and track orders in the companys CRM/order management system
• Follow up with customers on order status proofs and approvals
• Troubleshoot customer concerns (delays file issues damaged product) and escalate when needed
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services (e.g. rush printing design services bulk discounts)
• Coordinate with production and design teams to confirm order details and deadlines
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
• Meet daily/weekly call volume response time and customer satisfaction targets

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates/Bachelors a plus)
• 1 years of call center customer service or sales experience (printing/graphics industry experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable learning print terminology (paper stocks finishes bleed DPI etc.) training provided
• Strong computer skills; experience with CRM software order management systems or ticketing platforms
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
