We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This is a full-time remote position and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently manage their time effectively and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize clients schedules appointments and meetings
- Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of clients
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Prepare and edit documents presentations and spreadsheets
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate and manage projects and tasks for clients
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry and file management
- Communicate with clients and team members effectively and professionally

Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
