- Base: $4 to $20 USD/hour based onyour experience ($700 to $3500/month full-time)
- Bonuses: upto $525 per video based onadspend plus aweekly bonus
- Growth path: everyone can grow to $20/hour. Wereview your rate after 4 to6 weeks and raise itasyour ads win with bonuses ontop. Top performers can also move uptohelp lead other editors.
What Youll Do
- Edit short video ads for TikTok Reels and Meta inmany styles: AIvideos animation AIsongs talking heads UGC-style and trends
- Edit mostly invertical 9:16 for feeds and stories
- Take areference adand rebuild its structure for our products
- Make new versions ofwinning ads: new hooks openings and voiceovers same structure
- UseAI tools tohelp write and create videos
- Share aquick daily update with the team
