The Role:

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a transformational executive to lead enterprise compliance regulatory strategy and risk management across one of Californias leading providers of non-medical home and community-based care.

This is not a traditional compliance role.

Were looking for a visionary leader who will build a best-in-class governance and compliance function that ensures critical regulatory contractual and operational obligations are proactively managed while enabling sustainable growth.

Partnering directly with executive leadership youll strengthen organizational oversight accountability and risk management while serving as the enterprise leader for Medicaid Medi-Cal managed care and regulatory compliance.

What Youll Own

As Vice President Compliance & Medicaid Programs you will:

  • Build and lead an enterprise-wide compliance and governance program.
  • Develop executive dashboards compliance reporting and risk metrics.
  • Serve as the organizations subject matter expert on Medicaid Medi-CalCalAIM Community Supports and managed care regulations.
  • Lead the enterprise Fraud Waste & Abuse (FWA) program.
  • Ensure compliance with Managed Care Organization (MCO) contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Operations Finance Revenue Cycle HR Legal and executive leadership to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
  • Lead audits investigations corrective actions and enterprise risk management.
  • Transform compliance into a proactive business partner that enables growth and operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like

In this role you will:

  • Build confidence that regulatory contractual and compliance obligations are consistently identified monitored and met.
  • Establish a governance framework with clear ownership accountability executive reporting and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a proactive enterprise risk management program that identifies and mitigates issues before they become business problems.
  • Strengthen compliance across Medicaid Medi-Cal managed care and regulatory operations.
  • Develop and execute a compliance roadmap that connects strategy risk controls monitoring and execution.
  • Ensure policies controls and corrective actions are consistently implemented and sustained.
  • Provide executive leadership with meaningful visibility into enterprise risk trends mitigation strategies and overall compliance health.
  • Build upon the strong foundation already in place by enhancing team capabilities standardizing best practices and establishing a scalable compliance center of excellence.

This is a hybrid position with approximately one trip per month to Los Angeles and other company locations.

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

What You Bring to the Table:

This role is ideal for an executive who has successfully led compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment and understands how to balance regulatory excellence with operational execution.

  • Deep expertise in Medicaid.
  • Experience leading compliance within a healthcare organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Managed Care Organization (MCO) contracts.
  • Enterprise governance compliance monitoring measurement and executive reporting.
  • Fraud Waste & Abuse (FWA) program leadership.
  • Enterprise risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Regulatory compliance strategy and operational execution.
  • Proven success translating complex regulations into scalable operational processes.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of California Medi-Cal andCalAIMprograms.
  • Experience in home care community-based services managed care health plans provider organizations or other Medicaid-funded healthcare environments.
