Job Description

  • This role will lead Facilities Management operations for K-12 Schools segment a rapidly expanding business with significant growth opportunities. As the segment continues to experience strong momentum with expanding the business.
  • This is a remote position requiring approximately 50% travel. The role provides leadership and oversight for a team of 10 direct reports driving performance operational excellence and strategic execution across the K-12 Schools Facilities Management.

  • Provides strategic vision and direction leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business division major geography corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.
