About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where youll support both patient care and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Venipuncture and catheter placement
  • Administering vaccines and injectable medications
  • Patient restraint and nursing care
  • Bandage changes ear cleanings anal gland expression
  • Supporting and mentoring technicians and assistants
  • Helping implement and maintain standards of care
Schedule
  • Full-time: MondayFriday 8am5pm
  • Rotating weekends (12 per month with weekday hours adjusted)
  • Training across AM PM and mid shifts for full team support
What Were Looking For
  • Veterinary Technician (CVT preferred) or highly experienced assistant
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
  • Strong technical skills and confidence in patient care
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and development
Compensation & Benefits
  • $25$28/hour (based on experience)
  • CE allowance: $500 per licensing period
