Since 2014 Alpha Veterinary Services has proudly provided compassionate high-quality veterinary care to pets and their families throughout the Uniontown community. Were looking for a friendly organized and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time schedule.

As the first person our clients interact with youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly.

As a Client Service Representative youll be responsible for:

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth professionalism and compassion
• Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily appointment schedule
• Processing payments and accurately handling invoices and financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records within our practice management software
• Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff to relay messages and client updates
• Answering client questions and assisting with general inquiries
• Keeping the reception area organized clean and welcoming
• Multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced veterinary environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary medical or animal care experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Professional phone etiquette and a positive friendly attitude
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
• Dependable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for helping people and caring for pets
