Who Were Looking For:
We are currently looking to hire a Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used drawing blood and running bloodwork knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning experience with proper animal handling and restraint understanding the importance of client education and being a positive and motivating team member.
Experienced Technician with 2 years of in-clinical setting
Knowledge of industry tools and equipment is a plus. Experience working with these tools is even better
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Ability to learn proper animal handling fear-free training and restraint
Ability to learn common treatments and processes normally found in a veterinary hospital setting
Excellent communication and ability to gain strong organizational skills
Pay Wage: The hourly pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 -$25.00 hourly this varies depending on experience education certifications and licensure.
Additional $500.00 Sign-on bonus!
Continuing Education (CE) allowance
Annual Uniform allowance
