Schedule Requirement: Availability to work every other Saturday

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with appointments treatments and procedures
• Comfortably and safely handle animals during examinations and medical care
• Prepare vaccines and support patient treatments under veterinary direction
• Collect and process diagnostic samples for in-house testing and outside laboratories
• Keep treatment areas exam rooms and equipment clean stocked and organized
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Educate clients on patient care instructions and assist with follow-up communication
• Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding experience for both clients and patients

• Previous experience in a veterinary practice or animal healthcare setting
• Confidence handling and restraining companion animals safely and compassionately
• Experience collecting laboratory samples and performing technical veterinary assistant duties
• Familiarity with Avimark software is helpful but not required
• Excellent communication organization and time management skills
• A dependable work ethic and a positive team-focused attitude
• Availability to work every other Saturday
