As a staple of our Eastern Shore community we have been practicing since 1984 and have grown throughout the years. Our clients are raving fans as one can see from our 4.9 star Google rating. Our clinic has a small town feel we are proud to have served generations of families.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
• Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
• Relocation stipend
• Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
