Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Verification and Validation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll ensure the quality reliability and performance of Computer-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems by implementing and executing Verification Integration and Test activities. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Test & Commissioning and Design teams) contribute to the development and execution of the V&V strategy and collaborate with the Verification & Validation Manager on scheduling budgeting and progress reportingand much more.
Well look to you for:
Contributing to the definition of the Project Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan and acting proactively for its implementation
Defining verification methodology for selected deliverables when requested from V&V strategy Youll specifically take care of working with the V&V Test team involved in a set of Computer Based Train Control (CBTC) projects but also ensuring quality targets and repeatable test performance.

Degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
Experience or understanding of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities including Software/System/Integration Testing
Familiarity with project execution and management in a collaborative environment
Knowledge of Computer-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems or similar rail signaling technologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional and international teams
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience in working with configuration and change management tools
Ability to analyze and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement
A mindset focused on quality resilience and adaptability to meet performance goals such as DQI (Delivery Quality Indicator) and CPI (Coverage Progress Indicator)
