Venture Talent Partnerships Advisor Miami

Acquisition Network builds relationships across founder investor operator and professional communities. We are expanding a network of independent professionals who understand venture-backed companies and can recognize when a founder is preparing for growth or a capital raise.

Acquisition Network is hiring a Partnerships Advisor with executive recruiting experience in venture-backed companies in Miami. You will develop relationships with founders talent leaders and recruiters identify companies approaching a major growth or financing decision and coordinate introductions for founders who want to speak with our team. Your recruiting background should help you understand the connection between leadership hiring company growth and fundraising plans.

• Build relationships with founders executive recruiters talent leaders investors and startup operators in Miami.
• Identify venture-backed or growth-stage companies preparing for leadership hiring expansion or a capital raise.
• Hold high-level conversations about company priorities timing and interest in additional support.
• Coordinate introductions only with the founder's or authorized leader's permission.
• Provide accurate context and maintain organized records of activity and follow-up.
• Share general market feedback about leadership growth and fundraising patterns.
• Represent Acquisition Network professionally within the venture talent ecosystem.

• Experience in executive search venture talent startup recruiting talent advisory or leadership placement.
• Familiarity with venture-backed company stages leadership needs and fundraising cycles.
• A relevant network of founders recruiters or talent leaders in Miami.
• Strong consultative communication and senior relationship-management skills.
• High discretion sound judgment and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to manage activity independently in a remote contractor role.

This is a paid remote independent contractor opportunity focused on ecosystem relationships and qualified introductions. Scope performance expectations and compensation will be stated in the written contractor agreement.

This role does not involve disclosing private search assignments candidate data client hiring plans or financing information. All introductions must be authorized and consistent with your existing contractual and confidentiality obligations.
