Venture Scout San Francisco Bay Area

This is a paid independent contractor opportunity for a candidate based in San Francisco Bay Area.

Acquisition Network is hiring a Venture Scout to build relationships with founders who are preparing to raise capital in San Francisco Bay Area. The work includes researching the local startup ecosystem speaking with founders about their goals and timing identifying when an introductory conversation may be useful and coordinating a consent-based introduction to our team. You will keep accurate notes and follow up on agreed next steps. This is an ongoing role for someone who can develop trusted founder relationships rather than submit lists of names.

You may be a founder operator investor accelerator participant or startup business development professional. Strong communication sound judgment and respect for confidential information matter more than a particular title.
