WHAT YOULL DO:

• Scout private-party listings (Facebook MarketplaceCraigslist Autotrader etc.)
• Reach out to sellers build rapport and negotiate purchases
• Accurately appraise vehicles and assess market value
• Coordinate inspections transportation and paperwork
• Assist customers with invoice reviews and payment processing
• Work in-house at our Meridian ID headquarters as part of a tight-knit buying team

WHAT YOULL BRING:

• 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (sales buying or appraising)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• An eye for value and a sense of urgency
• Proven record of performance and teamwork
• Ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy comfortable withCRM tools and online platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma GED or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Valid state-issued drivers license & clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check & drug screen
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced dynamic environment
