Job description:
We are seeking a seasoned Veeva Technical Consultant to implements configures and supports the Veeva Vault system (Quality Vault - QMS QDocs). Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements designing and configuring solutions managing system upgrades training users and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires deep knowledge Veeva Quality Suite
Key responsibilities
- Solution design and configuration: Translate client requirements into technical solutions and configure the Veeva Vault system Quality including workflows security roles and reporting.
- Client liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers lead stakeholder discussions and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- System management: Support ongoing maintenance lead user support and manage the process for system releases and updates.
- Knowledge and training: Create documentation lead user training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for QMS and QDocs system.
- Compliance and quality: Ensure the system and its documentation meet all regulatory and compliance standards such as GxP and other guidelines.
- Process optimization: Analyze existing business processes and help clients optimize them for efficiency often creating process maps and job aids.
