What Youll Do:

• Perform assembly inspection testing and packaging of VCSELs and related electro-optical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment including pick-and-place systems AuSn reflow soldering equipment wire bonders die attach systems and electro-optical test equipment.

• Conduct microscope-based assembly inspection cleaning and packaging activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.

• Perform product testing inspection and data collection while accurately documenting production and test results.

• Monitor quality identify nonconforming materials or process deviations and support QMS-related corrective actions and material disposition activities.

• Set up operate and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment while maintaining cleanroom organization and material control.

• Collaborate with Production Quality Inventory Shipping and Engineering teams to support production schedules throughput goals and continuous product flow.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing semiconductor assembly cleanroom operations electronic packaging optoelectronics or precision assembly.

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings manufacturing procedures specifications and work instructions.

• Experience working with cleanroom manufacturing processes electro-mechanical assembly inspection and testing equipment.

• Excellent visual acuity hand-eye coordination manual dexterity and attention to detail for microscope-based work.

• Strong organizational documentation communication and problem-solving skills with a commitment to product quality.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work and facility access requirements.
