POSITION SUMMARY:The Vascular Ultrasound Tech performs all non-invasive vascular examinations; ensures all vascular examinations are performed and reports are delivered on a timely :Must be a graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program Must be registered in vascular sonography by ARDMS or CCIMust be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)Previous vascular ultrasound experience recommended but not requiredIn-depth knowledge of human anatomy physiology and medical terminologyStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret ultrasound imagesAbility to operate ultrasound equipment and adjust setting to obtain diagnostic resultsExcellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team Ability to communicate effectively with patientsWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
