CUHSD is looking for a highly motivated Varsity Girls Swim Coach for Southwest High School. the candidate must meet all CIF requirements and demonstrate knowledge of and ability to implement effective coaching theory strategies and techniques appropriate for high school students. They must also demonstrate knowledge of and be able to adhere to rules of the NFHS CIF-San Diego Section and IV League rules. The candidate must be able to organize team practices supervise team member during practices travel and competitions and have knowledge of fundraising techniques and accounting procedures. Prior experience in the sport is required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid CPR and First Aid certificate. Current TB Verification Certificates in: Concussion in Sports Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heat Illness Prevention
