Job Summary
Under direction of the Athletic Director serves as assistant coach of the varsity team. Maintains inventory of team equipment. Keeps accurate records of equipment check in/out. Provides information for media coverage of sport as necessary. Maintains discipline in accordance with school rules and athletic code. Valid California Teaching credential or Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate Desire to succeed Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training Concussion Training and Heat & Illness Prevention Training
Knowledge of basketball fundamentalsPrior experience a plus Ability to transport students w/ a valid CA drivers license Ability to work effectively with young people staff and other coaches CPR/First Aid Certificates Complete required trainings/obtain certificates 2 Letters of references - must be dated within the last 12 months
