Valet Service Support

Job Overview How Youll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving Do you love cars Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous days business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles applying/removing decals moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guests name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday you will get Thursday off).

Qualifications What You Need to be Successful:

• A passion to deliver a great Customer experience.
• A clean driving record.
• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward backing up and turning).
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow learn and advance within the company.
• Perform bending pushing climbing leaning twisting reaching kneeling crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic electric hybrid and manual vehicles is preferred.
