Valet Parking-Operations Manager

Position Summary The Hospital Valet Manager is responsible for overseeing all valet operations within a healthcare environment ensuring a seamless safe and customer-focused experience for patients visitors and staff. This role combines operational leadership with exceptional service delivery maintaining efficiency while supporting the hospitals mission of compassionate Lead train and supervise valet team members to deliver high-quality patient-centered serviceManage daily valet operations including staffing schedules traffic flow and vehicle logisticsEnsure safe and efficient vehicle handling and parking procedures at all timesServe as the primary point of contact for patient and visitor concerns resolving issues promptly and professionallyMonitor and maintain compliance with safety policies HIPAA awareness and hospital regulationsConduct regular audits of service standards appearance and operational efficiencyManage incident reporting including accidents claims or service disruptionsOversee cash handling procedures (if applicable) and maintain accurate financial recordsAnalyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service deliveryQualificationsYears of Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferredLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenRequirements:Friendly and Outgoing35 years of supervisory experience in valet hospitality healthcare or parking operationsStrong leadership communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced high-pressure healthcare environmentValid drivers license with a clean driving recordAbility to operate a wide range of vehicles including manual transmission preferredFamiliarity with healthcare environments and patient sensitivity a plus Benefits:Paid weeklyMedical Dental Vision401K with up to a 5% matchDiscount programsShort-term disabilityAccident insuranceLife insuranceVPNE is a family-owned fun people-dedicated and rapidly growing company headquartered in the Greater Boston Area.
