• Greet patients visitors and staff ina friendly respectful and professional manner.
• Assist passengers withentering and exitingvehicles when appropriate.
• Safely park andretrieve patientvehicles in designatedparking areas.
• Issue valet claimtickets and accuratelydocument vehicleinformation.
• Maintain accurate control and accountability of keys in accordance with valet procedures.
• Inspect vehicles forexisting damage beforeparking and reportconcerns according topolicy.
• Maintainan organized flowof traffic atthe valet entrance.
• Follow alltraffic laws safetyprocedures and hospitalpolicies.
• Communicate effectivelywith patients visitors coworkers and supervisors.
• Provide directions andgeneral information abouthospital departmentsand entrances.
• Assist guests withmobility devices wheelchairs ormedical equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness andorganization of thevalet area.
• Report accidents incidents unsafe conditions orsecurity concerns immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient visitor employee and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Perform other dutiesas assigned.
