The Details:
- Position: HealthcareValet Attendant
- Location: Banner Health - Tucson AZ
- Pay Rate: $15.50/hr tips or $17/hr (no tips)
- Schedule: Full Time:Mon - Fri 7:30a - 4:00p // Mon - Fri 11:30a - 8:00p
- Requirements: Drivers license required; minimum of 2 years
Bonus Plans:
- $100 Referral Bonus for each referral (NO CAP)

A LAZValet Attendantplays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clientsandcustomers seeupon arrival and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome smiling faceandprofessional demeanor are of the utmost importance.
What Will I Do
- Park and retrieve cars like a champ. This means carefully efficiently and in a timely manner. Greet all customers by name take care of their needs and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized all with a smile on your face!
- Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
- Promote awesome customer relations. Smile go above and beyond make them love LAZ Parking the moment they meet you.
- Customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain and care for all company issued equipment.
- Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.
- Other related duties as assigned
You Are:
- Youre charismatic full of energyandhappy to help in any way you can.
- Responsible is your middle name. You never disappoint because its not in your nature.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Good under pressure. You dont fold and get overwhelmed easily. Instead you prefer chaos so you can kick its butt.
- Good at communicating and can speak read and comprehend English easily.
- A team player. Youre open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.
- A gooddriver with adriving recordto prove it. You dont speed youre cautious ESPECIALLY with other peoples can also drive a standard transmission. Vroom vroom!
Education:High school diploma or GEDpreferred but not required.
Experience:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Two years of driving experience with an ACTIVE License required.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to be flexible work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times emotionally charged situations.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
- Ability to drive Manuel Shift vehicle.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements -- heat wind snow rain etc.
- Ability to lift pushandpull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand walkandrun for extended periods of time.
- Abilitytobend stoop squatandlift frequently throughout a shift.
