Vacation Planning Specialist

We are seeking organized motivated individuals who enjoy travel research and planning and are interested in developing a career in the travel industry.

As a Vacation Planning Specialist you will help clients explore vacation options and coordinate travel experiences based on their preferences interests and travel goals. You will learn about destinations resorts cruises travel suppliers activities and booking resources while developing the skills needed to assist clients throughout the vacation planning process.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Communicate with clients to learn about their vacation preferences interests and travel needs
• Research destinations and vacation options based on client requests
• Assist with planning accommodations cruises transportation activities and other travel arrangements
• Compare travel options and help clients understand available choices
• Learn and use travel supplier and booking platforms
• Develop knowledge of destinations resorts cruise lines and travel experiences
• Maintain organized and accurate travel information
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Complete supplier destination and industry training
• Stay informed about travel products destinations and supplier offerings
• Follow up on travel details and important deadlines

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Enjoy researching comparing options and planning
• Comfortable using computers and learning online systems
• Ability to manage time and stay organized while working remotely
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willingness to complete training and continue learning
• Genuine interest in travel and helping others plan memorable vacations
• Previous experience in travel hospitality planning or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required
