Vacation Planning & Guest Service Associate

Position Summary

We are recruiting individuals who enjoy helping people researching options and creating positive customer experiences for remote opportunities within the leisure travel industry.

This position combines the service side of hospitality with the research and coordination involved in vacation planning.

In this role you may:

• Speak with clients about upcoming vacation plans
• Research destinations and travel products
• Identify options based on budget interests and preferences
• Assist with accommodations cruises resorts activities and other arrangements
• Provide information and recommendations
• Coordinate reservation details
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Provide pre-travel support and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing industry education
