Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for business analysts and enterprise users.
- Create experiences for predictive analytics dashboards AI model explanation interfaces and complex data visualizations.
- Translate AI/ML concepts and technical requirements into clear user-friendly workflows.
- Rapidly ideate prototype and iterate using Figma AI Studio and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage and contribute to Material Design systems and patterns.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of UX/Product Design experience preferably in enterprise/B2B software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex dashboards analytics platforms data visualization or AI/ML products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working within design systems.
- Familiarity with Material Design frameworks.
- Proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to work independently move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven products.
- Familiarity with AI Studio or similar AI-enabled design tools.
- Understanding of predictive analytics model explainability and human-AI interaction patterns.
