UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers UI designers developers and business stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

• Conduct user research user interviews and usability testing.

• Create user personas user journeys user flows and information architecture.

• Develop wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Use Figma Adobe XD or Sketch to create design solutions.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand business requirements.

• Conduct usability evaluations and improve designs based on user feedback.

• Ensure accessibility consistency and responsive design across platforms.

• Maintain design systems reusable components and design guidelines.

• Participate in design reviews and stakeholder presentations.

• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

• Hands-on experience with Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.

• Experience with wireframing prototyping and user testing.

• Knowledge of user-centered design and information architecture.

• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an advantage.

• Experience with Jira Confluence or Miro is preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science or a related field.

• 9 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.

• A portfolio showcasing UX design projects and case studies.

• Experience designing enterprise applications and mobile apps.

• Knowledge of design systems and usability standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in an agile environment.
