With studios in Boston New York San Diego San Francisco and Seattle Blink brings two decades of experience to research design and strategy for clients such as Amazon Facebook Microsoft NASA Starbucks and USAA.

Blink UX is seeking a UX Designer for an onsite engagement supporting one of Blinks clients.

Duration: 3-4 months

Location: onsite in Charlotte NC

What you will be doing

As a Product Designer you will design intuitive marketplace agent workspace use-case management and operational experiences that simplify enterprise agent adoption. Youll leverage expertise in enterprise UX design systems user research workflow prototyping accessibility developer-focused experiences and AI/agent concepts while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable user-centered solutions.

Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery for enterprise agent experiences.
Translate complex business and user needs into clear intuitive workflows and product experiences.
Gather and synthesize user insights through research testing and feedback.
Develop wireframes prototypes and design artifacts that communicate solutions effectively.
Champion accessibility usability and consistency through established design standards.
Collaborate with product engineering and business partners to drive successful outcomes.
Present recommendations build stakeholder alignment and facilitate design workshops.
Measure and refine experiences using usability findings analytics and customer feedback.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

5 years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise software.
Experience designing complex workflows platforms or developer tools.
Strong knowledge of UX design user research and workflow prototyping.
Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
Understanding of AI agent-based experiences or intelligent automation.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
Strong stakeholder facilitation communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agent marketplace or workspace products.
Understanding of AI agent-based or intelligent automation concepts.
Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
