UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experience

Can you empathize with moments of hesitation when trying to choose between delivery options wondering if youre making the right decisions to get the most convenience Amazon Deliverys Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to make these problems of the past and pioneer the future of our delivery choice this role youll help re-imagine how millions of customers understand and select the best delivery option to suit their unique needs. Working directly with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams across partner organizations youll uncover insights that bridge the gap between customer needs and delivery capabilities creating experiences that naturally guide people to their best choice. Your vision will simplify complex logistics into clear meaningful options crafting interfaces that make these into moments of customer delight and confidence.

Key job responsibilities
As a key driver in designing solutions and up-leveling the quality of our customer experiences you will:
Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customers experience with delivery
Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data such as market analysis customer insights technical constraints/opportunities and business insights
Partner closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term scalable solutions
Quickly and thoroughly creating user flows wire frames visual designs and prototypes to effectively concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision making and development
Assess and optimize the effectiveness of new and existing features by proactively planning performing and advocating validation techniques like usability testing user research and interpreting analytic data.
Present design work to UX partners cross-disciplinary teams and executive leaders

We operate within the broader Amazon Delivery Experience design organization that includes teams focused on operational and transportation experiences critical to the success of the holistic delivery journey. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
