Position Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests delivering exceptional service through warm welcomes personalized interactions and proactive relationship-building. Assist with dining reservations and seating promote club amenities services and events and coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives. Manage member requests from start to finish and create memorable experiences that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a professional welcoming club environment uphold company standards and policies respond effectively to member concerns using service recovery procedures and remain adaptable to meet the evolving needs of members guests and club operations.
Work Schedule
Tuesdays 7 AM-5 PM Wednesdays 8 AM-4 PM Occasional Saturday mornings
