Position Overview

As a Utility Worker you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. Youll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen support dishwashing and sanitation and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe efficient and guest-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes utensils pots pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors walls trash areas and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.
• Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety sanitation and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.
• Communicate supply needs equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

• No previous experience required we will train you!
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hot and physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
• Reliable punctual and team oriented.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
