Job Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise coordinate and assist in the construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution.

- Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
- Champion safe work practices and insure compliance to Company Safety Rules.
- Work to insure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Be able to manage all SO/SR/WRs in DIS/DSS.
- Organize work and manage multiple task and inputs simultaneously.
- Work with others and maintain a positive attitude in extreme working conditions.
- Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy in order to direct construction/repair crews safely and to construct/restore electric system efficiently.
- Assist in Network operations storm restorations and operation of AM/FM and directing of contract crews.
- Motivate and influence a diverse and geographically dispersed work force dealing with a wide variety of safety and training issues.
- Assume Line Supervisors duties for a short time in their absence.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum experience required of the position
- Minimum of 8 years of line experience or equivalent.
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take and understand directives and complete tasks.
