Job Description:

About the Role:

The Utility role at the Hanover location is responsible for learning a wide variety of responsibilities including manually lifting palletizing packing machine operation to include power industrial trucks and quality control. The position is also responsible for completing all required quality assurance checks and maintaining proper documentation. Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:

• Operate production equipment and heavy machinery while performing required safety and quality checks.
• Set up operate and monitor manufacturing equipment including packaging machines ovens and mixers.
• Manually pack products and remove finished goods from the production line as needed.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Lift and handle materials such as film cartons cases and other production supplies as required.
• Follow all food safety quality and workplace safety procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Crew B shift which operates from 7:00pm to 7:00am rotating shift:

Week 1:Sunday Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm to 7am

Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 7am.

They hourly rate for this role is 26.50 shift premium included.

About You:

Youll fit right in:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment food manufacturing a plus.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds complete changeovers lift twist bend and carry.
