Our Client a Consumer Products and Software Services company is looking for an User Study Researcher I for their San Diego CA location.

Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development
- Track and report on progress blockers and key deliverables to Data Operations Team
- Collaborate with hardware software infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections
- Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment
- Support Data Operations team with equipment set up and inventory tracking
Requirements:
- 3 years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles: Operations (i.e. data product lab R&D etc.) Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management
- Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease
- Education
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management or similar
