Job Duties: Responsible for creating evaluating and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability evaluation and support to product development teams including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concept and implementation providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for product in development. May telecommute. (385.35816)

Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Design Human Computer Interaction Industrial Design or related field followed by 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a user experience developer-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Design research including discovery usability evaluation opportunity definition and prioritization analysis and communication;

2. Design systems applying libraries correctly advocating effectively for Enhancement Requests using Figma Design;

3. Competitive research;

4. Design thinking including framing journey maps ideation and cross-functional facilitation;

5. Design operations including intake project planning reviews establishing cross-discipline roles and creation of reusable templates for artifacts and processes;

6. Information architecture including targeted research page or flow diagramming;

7. UI / UX prototyping and design which includes refinement documentation tracking and developer collaboration using Figma Jira and Confluence; and

8. Graphic design using Figma.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102300 to $209500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
