The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car department ensuring exceptional customer service maximizing profitability and maintaining inventory standards. This role offers a competitive monthly compensation ranging from $8000.00 to $15000.00.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase used vehicle sales and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure a diverse selection of quality used vehicles.
• Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
