Used Car Manager

Were looking for a Used Car Manager who can source smart turn inventory fast and coach the team around them. Youll run pre-owned acquisition reconditioning and merchandising across our Ford and Toyota stores with the tools and support to do it well.

• Competitive compensation of $100000 to $160000 per year paid bi-weekly

• Acquire inventory through auctions Facebook and the service drive
• Manage an inventory of 150 used vehicles and keep days supply within industry standards
• Oversee reconditioning with the Reconditioning Manager at the Ford and Toyota stores
• Coordinate vehicle transport through our broker-style transport system
• Manage wholesale website listings and vehicles entering the wholesale market
• Conduct appraisals and support used car sales management
• Own lot merchandising vehicle identification and certified pre-owned units
• Coach and mentor sales consultants on pre-owned product appraisals and value

• Proven experience in used car management inventory acquisition and appraisal
• Strong organization for managing large inventories
• Experience with wholesale websites and vehicle listing platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A coaching mindset: you develop people not just manage tasks
• Knowledge of certified pre-owned programs preferred
