Job Summary
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location:Framingham MA
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday 2-3days on and 2-3 days off. Ability to work rotating schedule. 12-hour work days worker
Pay Rate: $41.24/hr. on W2
Install maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility.
Work with air handling units (AHUs) chillers boilers and cleanroom HVAC systems.
Maintain temperature-controlled environments including cold and warm rooms.
Interpret and apply technical drawings schematics and documentation.
Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
Minimum Education High School Diploma
