Job Summary

The US Speaker Programs Sr. Manager is the experience owner for how 4500 Sales Customer Facing Colleagues 100 Marketers and 500 HCPs interact with Pfizers speaker program ecosystem consisting of 4000 programs annually across Primary Care Specialty Care and Oncology. This is equal parts experience design and operational excellence: youll define what great looks like for every user persona then manage the operational model that delivers it at scale.

Reporting to the CMO CFC Capabilities & Commercial Enablement team youll manage the Speaker Program operating model from speaker bureau setup and HCP onboarding through meeting logistics compliance workflows reporting and continuous improvement. Youre the steward of $3.95M in BU program funding and the Speaker Program platform that powers it all.

This role operates at the intersection of brand strategy sales speaker programming digital tools and field force execution.

Youll partner daily with Brand Marketing Sales Enablement Corporate Compliance & Legal Digital Audit and GBS MEET connecting speaker programs to the broader CFC journey and translating user needs into platform capabilities. This role is stepping into a live platform transformation: platform is launching now and youll shape how it lands for every user from day one.

This is a builder role for someone whos energetic user-obsessed and ready to turn operational complexity into a seamless experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the speaker program user experience. Define and maintain current-state and future-state user journeys for each persona (Sales CFC Brand Marketer HCP speaker Compliance Operations) identifying pain points system handoffs and opportunities to reduce friction. Use field feedback Voice of the Field data and platform analytics to continuously improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Lead platform governance and evolution for the Speaker Program platform. Drive the enhancement roadmap based on user needs across BUs manage the relationship with the platform vendor and own the QBR cadence that connects field/brand experience data to product decisions. Champion cross-BU harmonization where it improves the user experience.
  • Manage day-to-day speaker program operations. Vendor triage and exception handling issue resolution expiration monitoring speaker eligibility program readiness assessments and system access administration. Set and maintain SLAs for response time and resolution quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and consultative partner to Marketers and Sales CFCs. Diagnose issues fast identify root cause bring clear solution options and preventative measure to the table. Deliver activity reporting that give stakeholders visibility into program health. Maintain a standing cadence with individual Marketers and/or Sales Enablement and weekly/daily operational touchpoints with the platform vendor to stay ahead of issues.
  • Drive HCP onboarding contracting and certification. Ensure compliance and process standards are met partnering with Compliance Legal and the platform vendor to keep the pipeline from nomination to certified speaker running compliantly. Provide oversight to the approved content lifecycle monitoring deck loading revisions expiration monitoring and speaker-to-deck alignment to ensure compliant materials are current and accessible.
  • Coordinate compliance escalation. Manage sensitive inquiries from Corporate Compliance & Legal with discretion rigor and speed. Serve as the operational interface between Compliance policy and field execution.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the speaker program operating model. Identify operational capability gaps design and implement process improvements and measure outcomes. Build the measurement framework that proves whats working and what isnt.
  • Coordinate user training and onboarding. Define training requirements and onboarding content for new hires tool launches and capability rollouts ensuring every user is confident on the platform from day one.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience or a Masters degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience or PHD with at least 1 years of relevant work experience required
  • 3 years of experience supporting cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences that include managing technical teams vendors external consultants or multi-functional business processes
  • Direct experience working with or supporting Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs) in the field in ops or in a commercial enablement function and/or Brand Marketing in tactical brand planning and field execution
  • Experience leading or supporting a platform implementation system migration or operating model transformation this roleis standing up a new platform and the candidate must be comfortable in build mode not just run mode
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities work through ambiguity and deliver in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communicator able to translate technical complexity for commercial audiences and vice versa
  • Proven collaborator with a track record of building cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority
  • Fluency in English required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to user experience design design thinking or journey mapping methodologies formal training not required but a demonstrated instinct for designing from the users perspective is essential
  • Familiarity with speaker program or HCP engagement platforms (Propel/MER360 Veeva Events IQVIA or similar) and the associated compliance and transparency-reporting requirements
  • Experience with data and analytics tools to inform operational decisions (dashboards reporting adoption metrics)
  • Experience in Digital Sales Ops or commercial enablement roles with a bias toward technology adoption and process/platform capability improvement
  • Project/program management experience (Agile Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus but not a substitute for commercial instinct and execution track record

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124400.00 to $207400.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
