- Manage and audit HR data related to workforce reduction.
- Create compliance-focused reports using HR systems and tools.
- Partner with HR Legal Benefits and IT teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Support employees with queries about the WFR process.
- Contribute to system improvements and testing with IT.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 13 years of experience in HR compensation benefits or finance.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
