Job Summary
Responsible for performing diagnostic urodynamic testing to evaluate bladder and urinary tract function in patients. This role involves direct patient care patient education clinical procedures and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Does this position require Patient Care

Essential Functions
Perform urodynamic testing procedures including uroflowmetry cystometry and electromyography (EMG).
Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated maintained and functioning according to established standards.
Educate patients regarding urodynamic testing procedures and address questions or concerns.
Record analyze and document test data while maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
Communicate test results and relevant clinical information to physicians and other healthcare professionals in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist physicians with patient care including catheterization bladder irrigation and administration of medications as ordered.
Maintain a safe clean and organized clinical environment.
Follow infection control policies standard precautions and applicable clinical and safety guidelines.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience
Experience performing urodynamic testing in a healthcare setting. 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of urodynamic testing procedures equipment and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Completion of a urodynamic technician training program or equivalent healthcare training.
