Job Summary

Urgent Care DVM Bluffton SC

A veterinary practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join its growing urgent care program. This opportunity is available on a part-time or full-time basis and offers the chance to help develop and expand urgent care services while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

What Youll Do
  • Provide same-day urgent veterinary care for acute illnesses injuries and other pressing medical concerns.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical and surgical cases.
  • Help establish workflows protocols and scheduling for expanding urgent care services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians technicians and support staff.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the urgent care program.
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program.
  • Active or eligible veterinary license.
  • Prior clinical experience required.
  • Comfortable independently managing urgent cases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate approach to patient and client care.
  • Interest in helping develop and grow an urgent care service.
  • Open to part-time or full-time scheduling.
