Unit Turn Painter Maintenance Technician

If youre a good painter know your way around basic tools take pride in your work and like staying busy wed love to meet you.

• Paint apartments: Handle full repaints and touch-ups on walls ceilings trim and doors.

• Make basic repairs: Patch drywall fix minor wall damage adjust doors and cabinets replace hardware and handle other small repairs.

• Take care of the details: Install blinds door handles switch plates and other finishing items.

• Help get units rent-ready: Inspect vacant apartments identify what needs attention and work through a punch list.

• Handle minor maintenance: Take care of simple plumbing fixes basic troubleshooting and other routine repairs within your skill set.

• Keep things moving: Work with property managers and maintenance supervisors to finish units on schedule and communicate any issues or delays.

You wont be expected to be an expert in every trade. Were looking for someone who paints well is handy learns quickly and can handle a variety of basic apartment repairs.

• Painting experience preferably in apartments residential properties or construction.

• Basic maintenance and repair skills including drywall patching and minor carpentry.

• Someone who works efficiently without sacrificing quality.

• A dependable team player who shows up on time and takes pride in a job well done.

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• At least one year of related painting construction or residential maintenance experience preferred.

Dont have experience in every area Thats okay. Strong painting skills a good work ethic and a willingness to learn go a long way.

• $25$27 per hour depending on experience.

• Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
