As a Unit Manager (LPN) you will oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit ensuring residents receive high-quality consistent care. You will lead nursing staff coordinate care and serve as a key resource for residents families and team members.
Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) on assigned unit
Ensure delivery of high-quality resident-centered care
Coordinate care planning admissions and discharges
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to state federal and facility regulations
Serve as a leader and mentor promoting teamwork and accountability
Assist with coverage for call-outs as needed
Active unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
Prior nursing experience required (not open to new graduates)
Current CPR certification required
Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
