Unison Intergalactic & Global Engineering HR Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders promoting partnership and collaboration across functions to strengthen team performance and achieve shared goals.
• First point of contact for employees & managers who provide leadership coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
• Support a diverse client portfolio spanning Engineering Manufacturing Sourcing Materials Quality and Programs in a P&L modeled environment.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of HR practices and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
• This role includes direct people leadership responsibility with accountability for coaching development and performance management.
• People KPI owner for client group including regular operating reviews problem solving and action planning.
• Facilitates change management and culture development in partnership with leadership team
• Acts as focal with acquisition integration team and Unison leadership
• Will partner with leaders and people analytics to build strategic workforce plans for Intergalactic and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience -roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles operational and business management
