We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to support our San Francisco Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the San Francisco Regional Manager and Underwriters on primary construction accounts.
Manage and process documentation for 26 active policies (WC GL AL)
Coordinate policy renewals endorsements audits and certificates of insurance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry in underwriting systems.
Serve as a liaison between underwriters brokers and clients to facilitate smooth account management.
Assist with reporting analysis and special projects as needed for Primary Construction.

Qualifications:
Preferably prior experience in commercial insurance.
Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation General Liability and Auto Liability policies.
Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills is mandatory.
Knowledge Microsoft Suite.
